A question before booking?
Please feel free to contact us for any special requests: late arrival, train station/airport transfer needs, food allergies, or questions about our B&B rooms and suites and our apartment hotel vacation. The team at the Bastide de Ganay will be happy to answer you as soon as possible.
You can arrive at any time of day, however, rooms are only available from 3:00 PM. If you arrive before 3:00 PM, you can enjoy the pools and gardens of the Bastide. We will do our utmost to ensure your room is ready as quickly as possible.
Rooms must be vacated between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. However, we have a luggage storage service and you are welcome to stay at the Bastide before your departure.
Yes, we can keep your luggage.
For lunch or dinner, La Bastide de Ganay offers a different menu of self-service prepared dishes to enjoy in your room or by the pool.
If you wish to have lunch and/or dinner outside, we will recommend restaurants near the Bastide.
Yes, it is entirely possible for you, if you arrive earlier or wish to leave later, to enjoy the pools.
Yes, we have several travel cots and high chairs that we can set up in your room upon request.
Yes, absolutely! We can help you find a restaurant according to your tastes and reserve a table at the time of your choice.
We work with taxi companies and can therefore book a taxi for your outings.
It is entirely possible to organize events at the Bastide. For this, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can make you a customized offer according to your needs.
